Booking an Entertainer
From PrettyFun Face Painting

Now that you know face painting is the entertainment you want at your event, and PrettyFun Face Painting is the entertainer and face painter you want, and you know the price will be reasonable, how do you actually book an entertainer from PrettyFun Face Painting for your event?

Pick up the phone and call!

That's currently the only way. Since PrettyFun will never break a commitment to take a different booking, even for a million times the price, you must contact PrettyFun directly, give all of the necessary information, confirm availability at the time and place of your event, get a price quoted, and confirm your commitment to hire the entertainer (face painter) at that price.

Payment policy

PrettyFun expects and requires payment for an event to be made any time before the end of the event. Exception: if you have booked PrettyFun for multiple events with no more than two weeks between events, you may pay for all events together before the end of the last one. PrettyFun accepts cash, personal and company checks, and money orders.

Deposit and Cancellation policy
(Hey, can you believe this??)

Unlike other entertainers, PrettyFun does not charge people money who didn't get anything of value to them, therefore there is no deposit and there is no cancellation penalty. Any payment made in advance (which is optional) will be held until the date of the party, and refunded if the event does not happen or the face painter cannot be there for any reason.

Most people appreciate the PrettyFun policy very much. However, you are expected to honor a commitment you have made, unless you have a reason you would accept if the roles were reversed. You may cancel within three days without causing any problems, but if you must cancel after three days of PrettyFun holding that date for you (and turning down other bookings that conflict with the commitment made to you), for whatever valid reason you have (illness, emergency, etc), please book PrettyFun for the postponed event or plan to book PrettyFun for some other later event. No matter how good the reason is, last-minute cancellations are lost income for entertainers, and you'd want to make up for it, especially if you were not charged a deposit or cancellation penalty, right?
